The guys that run this place are professionals. Not in the scuzzy used car salesman type professional, I mean these guys know their niche and will try and help anyone reach their goals and in some cases im sure, help reach people's "dreams". Im not naive in the sense that they are car salesman and of course they are wanting to make money, but these guys actually care. They are upfront about costs involved, and give a complete and clear explanation of what is and is not included. They are willing to provide up to date and unaltered carfax on the spot. I left my purse in a car I test drove and it landed back in my lap no issues!!! If you have bad credit, and are wanting to work on it and at thr same time want to get into a car that is suitable for your everyday needs then this is the place to go. They pride themselves on honesty and transparency, and rely on customers coming back. This is not a place you will go to and is a one and done place. The friendly faces that greet you look forward to hearing you success story when you walk through their doors next time with a family member, coworker, or friend to help them solve their transportation issues and improve their credit too! Honestly from mom to mom, woman to woman, dont worry about walking in here and being ripped off. These guys will treat you respectfully and inform you the way you deserve to be. I was in a difficult situation because my car was written off by ICBC and i still owed on it. I was given Caine’s contact by a family member and called him and explained my situation and he was very understanding and said let me work some magic. Everything was done over the phone, i was sent pictures and prices and he was able to get approval and got me financing at a reasonable rate. Everything was done with ease and he even had my car delivered to my house by Joy who was an absolute joy, she took us up to the insurance place, signed all the papers and got the insurance. I am so happy that i was given Caine’s contact cuz i am now the very proud owner of a beautiful 2023 Kia Forte because of his awesome work. Definitely deserves 5 stars as he went above and beyond for me. So appreciative .
